Breakfast Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 c oats
  • 1/2 c walnuts
  • 1/2 c almonds
  • 1/2 c coconut
  • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon
  • Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp sat
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/4 c coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Heat honey, coconut oil and vanilla in a small pot until melted. Pour over dry and mix. Put mixture on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Bake at 300F for 10 mins. Stir and break up granola. Bake for another 10 mins. Let cool and store up to 10 days.
