Healthier Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups non dairy milk (soy will froth the best)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 ½ tbsp pumpkin puree, unsweetened
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract

Pumpkin Pie Spice:

3 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in a jar or measuring cup. Using a hand foamer or whisk, combine until smooth. Serve 3 tbsp to 1/4 cup with a shot of espresso or cup of coffee for a pumpkin spice latte. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to five days.
